Welcome to the Chapman Spoonies!
We are a club at Chapman University which aims to increase awareness and representation of disabled people at college campuses. Our name comes from the Spoon Theory, coined by Christine Miserandino, which is used to describe what it’s like to live with a chronic condition or illness. We were founded in 2018 and are open to Chapman affiliates that want to learn more or become more involved with the disability community.
